The end of 2020 is coming and everyone is still sitting at home like a prisoner. Virus spreading won’t stop and the medicine is in progress. This situation troubles every single person: teachers, sportsmen and even introverts! Somebody might ask you: “How can I prevent quarantine boredom, madness? What do you do in this tough situation?” Well… actually I have some solutions for you!
The first one is doing exercise with your favourite music in the background. You stretch your body, regain much-needed stamina and of course it puts smile on your face! Stair climbing is another great fitness activity which helps you with your blood circulation. However, there are other awesome options too! For example, watching movies on streaming services or colouring mandalas. Also sewing is making a comeback nowadays. But this isn’t all! Some people find relaxation even in baking, cooking, gardening and housekeeping.
